باستخدامك موقع براك علي للدعاية والتسويق وحجز خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية.

الحجز والدفع

• الحجز يتطلّب الدفع الكامل مقدّماً.
• الحجز لا يُعتبر مؤكّداً قبل تأكيد الدفع من Tap Payments.
• يُجرى الحجز دون تحديد وقت للجلسة، ويُنسَّق الموعد لاحقاً عبر واتساب.

الإلغاء والاسترداد

جميع مبالغ الإلغاء تُصرف رصيداً في الموقع — كود رصيد يصلك على بريدك فور الإلغاء، يُستخدم في خانة «كود بطاقة هدية» عند أي حجز قادم، وصالح لمدة سنة كاملة. لا يُقدَّم استرداد نقدي.

• حجز لم يُحدَّد موعده بعد: إلغاء ذاتي في أي وقت — رصيد 100%.
• بعد تحديد الموعد — الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة أو أكثر: رصيد 100%.
• الإلغاء بين 12 و48 ساعة: رصيد 80% (تُحتجز 20% رسوماً إدارية).
• الإلغاء أقل من 12 ساعة: لا يُلغى ذاتياً — تواصل معنا عبر واتساب.
• إذا لم يحضر العميل: لا يُصرف رصيد.
• طلبات استوديو AI الأونلاين: رصيد 100% قبل بدء التنفيذ.
• في حالات الطوارئ المثبتة (مرض، حادث): نراجع الحالة فردياً.

تأجيل الموعد

يمكن تغيير الموعد مرة واحدة مجاناً بإشعار 48 ساعة، ومرتين كحد أقصى برسوم 25 د.ك للمرة الثانية.

حقوق الصور والملكية

• الصور والفيديو الناتجة من الجلسة ملك مشترك بين العميل والمصور.
• للمصور الحق في استخدام عيّنات للترويج (ما لم يُتفق غير ذلك كتابياً).
• العميل لا يحق له بيع الصور لطرف ثالث دون إذن كتابي.
• جلسات كبار الشخصيات تخضع لاتفاقية سرّية تامة بناءً على طلب العميل.

التسليم

• الصور خلال 3–5 أيام عمل، الفيديو 5–10 أيام عمل.
• التسليم السريع خلال 24 ساعة متاح برسوم إضافية +30%.
• التسليم الرقمي عبر رابط تحميل آمن.

المحتوى المحظور

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب يتعارض مع القيم العامة أو القانون الكويتي.

المسؤولية

مسؤوليتنا محدودة بقيمة الجلسة. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة.

By using Barrak Ali Advertising and Marketing's website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

• Booking requires full payment upfront.
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is approved by Tap Payments.
• Bookings are made without a fixed session time; the time is coordinated later via WhatsApp.

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellation amounts are issued as site credit — a credit code emailed to you immediately upon cancellation, used in the "gift card code" field on any future booking, and valid for one full year. No cash refunds.

• Booking not yet scheduled: self-cancellation at any time — 100% credit.
• Once scheduled — cancellation 48+ hours before: 100% credit.
• Cancellation 12-48 hours before: 80% credit (20% admin fee retained).
• Cancellation under 12 hours: no self-cancellation — contact us via WhatsApp.
• No-show: no credit.
• Online AI Studio orders: 100% credit before production begins.
• Verified emergencies (illness, accident): reviewed case-by-case.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule allowed with 48 hours' notice. Maximum 2 reschedules; the second incurs a 25 KWD fee.

Image rights & ownership

• Photos and video from the session are jointly owned by client and photographer.
• The photographer reserves the right to use samples for promotion (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
• Client may not sell photos to third parties without written permission.
• VIP sessions are subject to a full NDA upon client request.

Delivery

• Photos in 3-5 business days, video in 5-10 business days.
• Rush delivery within 24 hours available for an extra +30% fee.
• Digital delivery via secure download link.

Prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse any request that conflicts with public values or Kuwaiti law.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the session value. We are not responsible for any indirect damages.
